We’ve just completed the installation of the new Agilent 7850 ICP-MS. New regulation means that there is a continued focus on trace metals across industries. The new Agilent 7850 ICP-MS is able to detect metals at a much lower level than OES. Regulations for trace metals now require specification. Some toxic species of these elements are Inorganic Arsenic and Hexavalent Chromium.
